SR Business Services (SRBS) has been started in 2010, is an international management consulting firm that advises clients across the world on strategy, business transformation and innovation. A group of senior seasoned industrial professionals who have track records in setting up and managing business for both MNCs and Corporate.

The company was setup with the objective of providing senior managers with a more effective resource to help resolve complex strategic and operational issues. Our Team
IT professional with around 20 years of progressively responsible experience, with last ten years in leadership roles. Hands-on experience in managing onshore offshore development and delivery management, Portfolio-Program-Project management, IT infrastructure management, solution architecting, competency building, quality assurance, account management and business development. Presently working as Principal Information Technology Advisor to multiple companies.
Around 6 years, worked as Global Chief Operating Officer and GM of Millennium Consultants Inc., NJ, USA (Millennium IT Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Kochi), mid-size IT Company with more than 300 employees and consultants around the globe (office presence in NJ, Bangalore and Kochi) and reported to the MD/CEO. Hands on experience in the development of single user business applications to 1000’s of user business applications with high level of complexity.
Worked as in-charge of NOPs centre with Sun 4500 series servers, IBM AIX Servers and 250 servers and hundreds of hosted services and heterogeneous applications in AITS & ClusterData Inc. 10 years of IT infrastructure management experience and 5 years of hand on experience in networking, system, DB, Application administration. Has extensive experience across diverse industries – Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Insurance, Telecommunications, Logistics, Financial Services, Higher Education segments working with clients such as KPMG, Citi Group, Johnson & Johnson, AXA Financials, AIG, Duke University, Jackson Memorial University Hospital, Texas Methodist Hospital, GM, LG and Neiman Marcus. International work experience in Middle East and Europe, USA.
Long years of experience in setting up IT units and building marketing team, sales team, pre-sales team, delivery team, support and administrative team. Coordinated the ISMS 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ITIL, CoBIT, CMM L3, CMMI L3 implementation. More than 400 technical and commercial proposals had been prepared under my supervision. More than 10 years of hands on coding experience in Oracle D2K, VB, .Net, PHP, Java, C, C++, Scripting.
Kanak Jinan is a people person, with more than 25 years of insightful experience in the field of Human Resource Management and Training. Kanak’s forte lies in putting the right man in the right place and following it up with excellent training and performance development. During the span of her highly inspiring career she has had the opportunity to work and acquire expertise in all departments of human resource development. She has made her mark in Resource Allocation, Employee Welfare and Talent Acquisition. She has also honed her skills in Recruiting, Interviewing and Salary Negotiations through the years. Besides her excellence in man management skills what is outstanding in her career is her ability in Attrition Control. She fervently believes that the success of a company lies in innovative HR Policies created and amended to suit the changing modern day requirements and trends.
Presently owing an HR Consultancy, based at Cochin. She is a popular corporate trainer and also doubles up as guest faculty for MBA programs at most of Cochin’s leading educational Institutions and colleges. She is a trainer par excellence in communication skills.
Software Engineering Consultant(OOAD) with expertise in designing, architecting and developing internet, middle tier and object oriented programming for over seven years. IBM Rational certified Consultant & Instructor with wide experience in conducting corporate training on Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Unified Modeling Language, IBM Rational Rose, IBM Rational XDE, IBM Rational Software Architect, CORBA etc. Certified by Rational University (USA) on OOAD, UML& Rational Rose, by CMG on CORBA related technologies and Java. Having B-Tech in Electronics and Communication from LBS College of Engineering (Calicut University).
Key skills include high end consulting on Object Oriented Analysis & Design and Rational Unified Process, undertake corporate training on OOAD, UML, Rational Rose & Rational Software Architect and modeling and architecting various software products and projects.
PMP Certified Professional with around 16 years’ rich experience in Project Management and Web Application Development mainly using Microsoft technologies (ASP.Net and MSSQL Server) and Agile processes. Proficient in managing the entire development operations involving requirement gathering, functional specifications and co-ordination with customer. Adept in analyzing the user needs and developing software solutions.
Significant experience of working with customers, delivery managers, project managers and technical teams for securing & executing concurrent projects. An effective communicator with relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management. An effective leader with proven abilities in leading teams during the project phase, training & guiding team members and enabling knowledge sharing among the team. Key skills include Software Project Management, People Management, Product Development, Quality Management, WEB, UML, PROGRAMMING, OOAD, ISO/CMM.
Having more than nine years of experience in Information Technology, Operations and Banking domains. He started his carrier as IT operations in charge to the administrative management along with other business operations to attained expertise in areas like Operations, Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management etc and then entered in to Managerial level to handle more responsibilities of Regional operations and business development activities.
Graduate in Physics (B.Sc.) from Kerala University and post graduate diploma in Computer Application from I.H.RD and Master of Computer Application from Madurai Kamaraj University. He is also a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), and is a member of ISACA Kochi Chapter and is regular faculty for CISA Review Course conducted by ISACA Kochi Chapter.
